Livestream: Can, and Should, Fossil Fuel Companies be Obligated to Take Back Their CO2?

PACE President Hugh Helferty and Advisors Margriet Kuijper and Myles Allen joined Andrew Revkin’s Sustain What webcast, a Columbia Climate School Earth Institute series, to discuss the reasoning behind the Carbon Takeback Obligation. The discussion included Vincent Obisie-Orlu, a natural resource governance researcher at Good Governance Africa, and Romany Webb, an associate research scholar at Columbia Law School and senior fellow at the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law.
